What's the course duration?
After enrollment, this course will be available for you for ten days. During this time fame you can join the course anytime, and come back to it as much as you like.

How much time do I need to go through the course and make my drawing?
in general, people need half a day to a full day to go through the course and draw their Hand with Lotus. So please plan accordingly within those ten days.

Do I get email reminders?
Yes, you will receive an email reminder when this course starts, as well as every day for the duration of this course.
To receive these emails make sure you did NOT select 'email opt out' in your profile.

Will I get personal guidance during the course?
Yes, Carmen will personally guide you on your drawing and answer all the questions that you have! During the course you can contact her as much as you like.

How do I ask questions and upload my artwork?
Questions can be asked in the comment section under each part of this course. Here you can also upload pictures of your artwork for Carmen to check. Note that she will answer asap but know that she's on Central European Time, so she may be asleep when you are awake :-) ).

Do I get a notification when Carmen has answered my question?
Yes! But to be notified when Carmen has answered your question, or when one of the other students has contacted you, Go to your Profile -> Edit profile and make sure all Notification settings are set to ON.

Are subtitles available for this course?
Yes, subtitles are available for each video lecture. Currently provided are subtitles in English, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, German and French. If you prefer a different language please contact us (leave a comment or via profile -> contact).
